I was skeptical at first because I could not get verified for the life of me. Idk if it was my phone, camera or what, but in the process I just happened to acquire a new device which easily got me kyc'd. Once I was verified everything went smooth.

If this were just a few months ago I would have given a 4 star or maybe even a 5. However as of late I am no longer given the option to redeem via virtual visa gift card even though I have been redeeming that way the entire time I have had the account. I had opened a new checking account and after repeated attempts to change my account with them I just dealt with it and now that I am no longer able to access the virtual visa I am in a bit of a conundrum and I cannot seem to get a response from them.
The site has great games and I have won many of times off of my daily login bonus and my virtual visa redemptions have always been very quick to arrive. So I won’t give them a terrible review, but I would love to be able to update my review with more stars. Hoping someone will respond from them as soon as possible

Update 1 : I have finally gotten a response from support. And as of now I will leave my 3 stars. Because while I absolutely love the low redemption threshold, the RTP and how often I have won on this site, there are many other sites that allow for an easier verification and redemption process and give you different options on how you would like to redeem your winnings. And while they did get back to me fairly quickly, to change your bank account you are required to go through the verification process ALL OVER AGAIN, which can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. I find that to be a little much and if it weren’t a decent amount that I had won last night I probably wouldn’t be making it that big of a deal. Because I know that they are hoping I will play through my winnings while waiting for my account to be verified again, which I will not be. Hoping that if I don’t play and they see I’m not going to go through the winnings they will speed up the process, but for now my 3 stars stand.
