Ryan was very helpful

Ryan was very helpful, to refund my money into my card. the money debited from my card without my knowledge but after I speak to the team, they helped me to get back the debited money to my a/c.

Membership issue resolved

I guess I had made a membership I didn't want so I spoke to someone to resolve my issue took a bit to be done but I am for the most part satisfied with the outcome the individual took time to actually listen and resolved the issue.
