Hosting server connectivity Fluctuating.
Hosting server connectivity is fluctuating for more than 12 Hrs. and there were no notification email sent by their end regarding service is down. After complaint lodged, revert email was sent regarding the network down later from their end.
But at the time of subscription expiry, it stops our service immediately.

Unfortunately online businesses are subject to downtime from time to time. The connectivity issues were intermittent and did not affect all customers or all videos. The issue did not last 12 hours, it was around 8.
This was the first issue we've had this year and over the past 8 years our uptime is 99.99%, with many years being 100%.
Not sure what your last comment means, but it sounds like you are saying that once a subscription expires then the service stops? If so then yes that would be correct and I'm not sure why anything else would be expected.
