Amazing products. They work flawlessly with Apple FindMy. Easy to add to my account. Batteries seem to last forever. SO nice to be able to recharge my cards and passport covers. A bit more expensive than AirTags, but totally worth it.

I rarely write reviews nowadays, but the service I received from Marla when my wife’s Spotminders card decided to stop working was so amazing I just had to pass on my experience. I have to admit that I was sceptical of their ‘lifetime warranty’ when I read it, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating and I have to say it was truly exceptional and I wish other companies would follow their example (& particularly having people like Marla on their client experience team makes such a difference, she truly is a credit to Spotminders !). The issue was that the card decided to stop responding and Maria was able to identify my purchase from the card’s serial number and, once I’d followed her video instructions to try and reset/resolve my card and not getting any response from the card, she immediately arranged to replace it, foc ! Amazing ! Do not hesitate to use this company, they are superb !! Cheers, Mike

Marla was very accommodating, sent me information on how to check my card. She was very clear with her instructions, which made it easy for me. Messed around with the card and finally my husband got it to work. I’m very pleased with this company, just ordered 2 more. And Marla is an asset to the company, She is kind , patient, and knows her business.

Super easy and quick to setup. Put one in my golf bag. Hate to see someone walk off wth those. I do not think anyone would know to look for this in a golf bag. This would give you extra time to track down whatever vehicle/clubs etc you hide your Spotminder. I will buy for my other stuff: trailers, hockey gear, hunting gear and tools. Great product, highly recommend.

This company offers a first class service. My order was shipped very promptly. I made a mistake with my order which meant that I did not get my free tracker shipped. On querying this with the company, Raymond responded immediately and shipped out my third tracker to me. The company, and Raymond in particular cannot be praised highly enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

When things don’t go to plan - who do you call ‘Carol and Spotminders’. Gold service!
I have been reflecting on the benefits of Spotminders card products for some time. Yet I was also concerned about reports of dodgy individuals scamming us honest folk, pretending to be Spotminders. I bit the bullet today and decided to take up one of their excellent offers today. However, after making a purchase order, I realised I had not gone for Spotminder Pro. So I quickly ordered and paid slightly more for three pro card deal. But had to quickly attempt to cancel my first order before it was dispatched. The company were very busy around this time and I was fearful of having hassle once ordered had been dispatched. Things did not look good and then Spotminders. Star of the week Carol got on the case and very quickly got the first order cancelled and sorted out refund. There were other people involved, but Carol pulled it all together. If the product works as well as their staff - I think Spotminders are providing a great service. Personally, I have always found that you discover the true strength of a company when things don’t go as planned and how they resolve the issue. It was no drama llama from Carol and A great team.
