I'm simply trying to contact the billing team as we have not received our most recent batch. I called at 8:52 am and spoke with a rep, Jose, for about 2 minutes before he hung up on me. I called back and the automated voice said "expected wait time less than 3 minutes". The phone rang and rang for about 4 minutes before it suddenly dropped. It did this multiple times. I have called 4 times and waited on hold for it to drop every time after 4 minutes. The last time I called, it said the expected wait time was 3-5 minutes and asked if I wanted a call back at this same number. I said yes. That was 35 minutes ago now and I still haven't received a callback. They owe us money and I made that clear to Jose and after making that clear, I have been ignored. This is very unprofessional. I would like to resolve our billing issue and then never do business with SpotOn again.
Follow up #1: I just sent this in an email to their feedback email provided on the website and received an error message as if that email doesn't even exist. Their phone line says they offer live chat on their website, they don't. Their website says they offer an email for feedback, they don't. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Follow up #2: Had high hopes with the texting line that they apparently offer: 415-326-2002
Norma Herrera from Restaurant Management answered and told me they were having issues with their phone lines and told me she can redirect me to the Statements and Billing Department. I said "yes please" and received no response after. At this point I'm ready to tell my customer to dispute the charge with their bank so she can get her money back since we can't seem to get it as the business that provided the service she paid for. Absolutely horrendous experience.

Working with my new account rep Chris jones is amazing - his follow through, attention to detail and pro active , continuous customer service to ensure things are moving forward are refreshing . It’s been a short time that I have interacted with Chris but I feel a renewed sense of value as a customer with his customer service . I have heard more from Chris in th past month than anyone in years . This comment should not take away from his skill or accomplishments - he is doing a fantastic job and it’s appreciated. Chris Jones & Johnathan Smith took the time to do a zoom to visually see what problems we have with the system. It was easier to understand and see issue as it has been hard to explain on other service calls. Also will get a Tech out to service issues I cannot resolve myself, is so appreciated!
