A straightforward transaction on the face of it.
A straightforward transaction for a minor low value part, simple enough one would assume. That is until Royal Mail screwed it up, Tracked 24 became several days before delivery to a wrong address. This business stepped up, UPS'd me two of the parts which arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service from this business, IMHO opinion went beyond what I could have reasonably expected. I will be sourcing my airbrush sundries here in future. No connection with this business apart from being a satisfied customer.

You deal with a person who really knows what hes talking about right from the start of your phone enquiry. If what youre looking for is unavailable suggestions are made as to how different components can be combined to overcome your problem. They provide solutions to problems in an area that i had little or no experience of. Very easy going but concise and to the point advice. In the words of Arnold "Ill be back".
