Shipping took slightly longer than expected to get to the uk however the piece is great and amazing value for money. extremely satisfied and will definitely order from sprezzi again.

There are many square pendants for men on the market but these ones are simply the best! They’re made of genuine 925 sterling silver, highly polished, slim, and precisely cut. Nothing rough or bulky here…!

I’m super late writing this, but had to share how amazing my experience was with Sprezzi Fashion. I was trying to get a ring for my boyfriend for Christmas, and the size I needed was sold out. They went above and beyond to help me get it, and I’m SO grateful. The customer service was incredible, and the jewelry is absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend loved it, thank you again!

Its 4 Stars for now because not all my item were available but the homepage said, one item left. So I contacted the support. Ben was really helpful and explained everything to me. They also want to change the item-view on the homepage so something like this doesnt happen again. We'll see. The support gave me a lot of trust in this company and if the item arrives in the next 4 weeks i'll give 5 Stars.

I received a damaged item and tried to contact support multiple times, including through social media. They keep ignoring my messages, although social posts keep coming regularly. Instead, I received an email with a request to leave a review on their website. Well, here's my review — this company is a scam. The item I received was damaged and looks used, but most importantly, it looks nothing like the promo images on the website. I'm very disappointed. I'm ready to provide any photo proofs for this review.

Hi I placed an order with them in August 19 and they use very bad courier. They claiming they use DHL but it’s postal services. I never received the package and it has been three months fighting with them and I escalate the issue to PayPal to get my money back, I never trust them again and they are one of the worst Customer service I dealt with, no one should go through all this hassle is for small order

I asked Sprezzi if I could have a longer time to exchange ring sizes (more than 14 days) if necessary. I asked this because of a surprise gidt for me and my boyfriend’s anniversary, which we would celebrate on our holiday of two weeks.

The customer service was very friendly and understanding. So my special request was not a problem at all! Thank you so much for the help, quick response and confirmations!

Bought a ring just to notice when it arrived that the size wasn't the right one (this was my fault as I didnt measure my finger as properly as I should). I then contacted the shop to know what options I had and Pascal response was quick and helpful, providing me with the option of an exchange.

The exchange process was really smooth as again Pascal always kept an eye on every question I could have, answering them quickly and clearly.

Bearing in mind they are in Germany and I live in Spain, the delivery was fast. The ring is perfect, amazing quality and design.

Great experience and, for sure, I will repeat in the future!

In a world full of vulgar and excessive men's jewellery, Sprezzi surely stands out. The designs are elegant and refined while the high product quality falls in line with what Germany is traditionally known to deliver. I bought three necklaces and were all perfect, well manufactured and delivered on time. The communication with sprezzi is quick and clear, also when I had problem with the delivery company here in Italy they helped me a lot a solved my problems.
