So easy to open an account and the App is brilliant. I love opening it just to see Spring the dog 😂. Deposits and withdrawals have been almost instant and you can do both within the app rather than h... See more

Just so easy to use via App only. I have my personal bank account linked to the Spring account. Moving money in or out of the Spring account is seamless. Great bank!.

App issues are STILL not being addressed. The login on Android hangs for nearly 40 seconds each time you login. The app is not running fine Spring as you commented in another thread. If you are a app only bank you need an app that works. The slow login has now been like this for months, I have seen numerous comments about it. When are you going to fix it Spring ?
The account is easy to use but unfortunately they cut the interest rate shortly after I deposited money so I was not impressed with their tactics of putting an excellent interest rate to get to the top of the money saving expert website only to cut it below other providers shortly after I signed up.

I recently joined Spring savings approximately a week ago. After joining and paying in ten pounds into the savings account which was the minimum amount. I called Spring and queried why several customers had complained on Trust Pilot about the app not working for several hours or days. I was assured that there was problems last year with the app but these issues had all been resolved. I then paid more money into my account. On 1 April at approximately 8 am, I was unable to log into my Spring savings account as the app wasn't working. I tried calling Spring but was in a queue of 34 customers. I held on for 13 minutes and only moved to position 30. I ended the call. I subsequently called back at approximately 12.20 hours the same day. I was position 3 in the queue, it took 13 minutes to finally get through to Spring. I was told there was problems again with the app, I was also informed that they had no idea when this problem would be fixed. I finally managed to log into my account six hours later at 2 pm the same day. I shall be monitoring the situation with the app before committing to adding any further funds, please bear this in mind before considering opening up an account. Not impressed that the staff take ages to answer the phone due to the limited amount of customer service staff. Also concerned that staff are unable to assure customers when the app is likely to be up and running again especially as this appears to be an ongoing problem. I'm afraid to say that Spring need to up their game on this and make sure they have a reliable app and have the staff to take calls when the app is down which clearly is a problem at the moment. Not a very positive start with a new customer.

Entirely app based, which is fine when the app is working. Right now it's not and it hasn't been all morning. This is not the first outage of this type either. It's hard to recommend when these problems keep on happening.

Easy to setup and use. All good so far. Let's hope the interest rate remains good.

Brilliant savings account and so easy to use moving my money back and forth. Even got my wife and mother with a spring account.

Overall, this provider offers an excellent return on savings compared to many competitors. However, because the service is app‑only, I find the login process noticeably slow, and the same delay occurs when making deposits. This may not bother those who use the app infrequently, but for someone like me who accesses it almost daily, the waiting time for pages to load becomes quite tiresome. A smoother, faster app experience would make a big difference.
Reply to Spring: I stated yes but nothing's been done by Spring and no further feedback received - words are meaningless without action.

Faultless app, quick and efficient and easy to track the interest during the month. Been with them for 6 months or so now and seen one rate drop so I hope they maintain the current rate for us users and do not penalise us after a few months like others have done.
