We have used Jonathan on more than one occasion when we have been 'challenging' borrowers . He never made us feel awkward or judged and was tenacious in his determination to find a product that suited our needs and our budget . He always did . Incredible . Our latest mortgage I had been told ( by another mtge advisor) that as we are older we could not get the product we wanted and only 2/3 of the amount we wanted . Jonathan swiftly put that right and got us to exactly what we wanted . Professional , communicative , responsive . Smart advise , clever and constructive solutions .

Great service, highly knowledgeable and helped us through our mortgage application. Was able to get us the best rate as interest rates changed ready for exchange. Also done my life insurance and income protection so was less for me to worry about during a very stressful period. Will 100% be back to Springate mortgages when it’s time to renew our mortgage.
