I recently purchased a house- very disappointed
I recently purchased a property through this estate agency and, unfortunately, the experience at the point of completion and key handover was very disappointing\.
The agreed key collection was arranged for a specific time, but when we arrived there was no one present to carry out the handover\. More importantly, the property was not left in the condition we reasonably expected when completing the purchase\. There were various items, rubbish and belongings left inside the property, which meant we were faced with the additional time, effort and cost of clearing and cleaning the house after receiving the keys\.
What was particularly frustrating was that our solicitor had confirmed that the seller was required to provide vacant possession\. We therefore expected the property to be cleared before completion\.
I appreciate that the estate agent may not be responsible for every action of the seller, but I would have expected better communication and a more thorough handover process\. Buying a home is a significant experience, and the final stage should feel reassuring rather than leaving the buyer to deal with unexpected problems immediately after receiving the keys\.
I hope the agency takes this feedback on board and improves its communication and handover procedures for future buyers\.

Springbok were amazing from Start to…
Springbok were amazing from Start to Finish. They had sold my house within the first couple of weeks. I received a check in call from Nadia Gryczka every week to give any updates, and generally make sure we were all ok. She was always available if we had any query’s and made the whole process run so smoothly and without any stress. Would highly recommend Springbok especially Nadia. My house sale has completed yesterday and I shall miss our weekly chats. Thank you Springbok especially Nadia.

Our previous purchase fell through
Our previous purchase fell through, the property we were wanting to buy was for sale with Springbok Properties, Abigail Salvage was the first lady we dealt with, very helpful and "patient " as this was first time dealing with Springbok.
Not being too confident with the technology needed to confirm identity she talked us through the process and eventually managed it. !
Secured the said property within couple of days and we now have a sales prgressor Fran keeping in touch with us.
Todate very impressed with Springbok, hopefully this will continue.

Quick sale with Springbok, Rich White
I used other estate agents who kept promising me a sale but none of this happened. I then contacted springbok who had contacted me via a letter and dealt with Richard White, who along with his team had negotiated a good price and sale, all within 2 weeks of me contacting them.
