Lovely company. Ordered some dog treats and they came very quickly, much faster than expected! One of the items I ordered wasn't in stock but they offered me an alternative or a refund and that was absolutely fine for me (just a different flavour of the same treats) - and they contacted me very quickly about this. Will be using again :)

The Riverside Woodcraft Safe Haven bird table is well constructed and does look absolutely beautiful. The inscription that we asked for on the metal plaque was very well done. It is going to make an amazing present for my Mum's 100th birthday next month.
Assembly of the stand was relatively straightforward. One of the components did split in the process but Spring Garden & Home very quickly posted me a replacement.
So I am extremely happy both with the product and with the service I have received.

At last someone who makes bird tables for small birds, so fed up of squirrels, magpies, starlings and crows etc pinching their food. It looks beautiful and is sturdy. Thank you for lovely product.

This is the first time I've used this company. Delivery was one week from ordering. It was well packaged and it was delivered using DPD- always a plus point!

Having ordered a swing bench off their website, I received confirmation that my order had been accepted. Although delivery was meant to be within a couple of days I appreciated that with new year etc it might be a little longer. I then received an email saying that they were struggling with their normal courier but would have a different one sorted. Then out of the blue I received an email saying my order was cancelled, no explanation. A phone call or email would have been good. Ended up ringing them to get an answer and was told couldn't get a courier so basically tough luck. When I asked about other couriers told they take too long to set up. No real apology. Worth considering if you are purchasing items from them.

Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Sturdy bird table so looking forward to putting out in our garden.

Due to bank holidays it took alot longer to arrive - 2 weeks. There wasnt any dispatch email like promised. But item was great snd packaged well.

Extremely cute draught excluder which arrived today. Not only is it the cutest thing I've seen in a long time, I am very pleased that it's absolutely exactly the right size, it can be unzipped if it needed a wash, it is weighted and so it'll stay in place AND you can even move its ears which is all really amazing. It may only be a draught excluder but I think it's wonderful all round and I knew when I saw it I had to have one. Can't tell you how delighted I am. LOVE IT!

Sturdy table, coped with recent high winds. Birds will take a while to get used to getting in through the bars but they will.

We were told in the email confirming the order that we would be told when the product was dispatched but it just turn up luckily we were in to receive it. The product looks sturdy enough and finished off well.
