good guys but their prices have gone…
good guys but their prices have gone through the roof... $420 for 90 mins of labor and a big amount for "B service" which i'm not sure if they can do versus dealer. i like their responsiveness and knowledge but i think ill go back to pitstop kearny mesa just too expensive.

While we fully respect your right to express your opinion, posting duplicate complaints with the clear intent to damage our reputation is not only misleading, but also against the spirit of honest customer feedback.
To clarify once again:
We obtained a written estimate from Pitstop for the same service you received from us. Their price was higher. We’re happy to provide both estimates for side-by-side comparison. Your public claim that Pitstop is cheaper is simply false.
Our pricing includes not only labor but also OEM (original manufacturer) parts, high-quality German oil, and factory-spec filters. We do not use cheap aftermarket parts, and we never compromise quality just to cut costs. Even so, our total price remains lower than many local alternatives.
Your repeated claims and double posting suggest a deliberate attempt to harm our standing — not a genuine attempt to inform others. That’s disappointing.
We remain available if you’d like to discuss this respectfully and directly.

Favorite shop to bring my van to!
Everyone at Sprinter Service and Repair are very helpful. They’re hands on and show you everything about their process so you don’t feel like they’re doing unnecessary repairs. I like that they always ask permission before doing any work on the vehicle and I’m so glad I found their shop. I’ll continue to come to them because I feel like I can have many years in my van with it being well taken care of by this awesome team.

Recently went in for an oil change…
Recently went in for an oil change service. For months an annoying warning message had been popping up on my dash re: tire air pressure, even though air pressure in all tires were okay. The manager solved that little mystery somehow.

This is my 4th time at Sprinter Service. They have always done a great job. For an oil change it only took 1.25 hrs. Price has always been less than the Mercedes dealer.
