While the support team was initially prompt in responding to our queries, the prolonged, recurring problems have led to incomplete answers that fail to resolve the underlying concerns. The product was released to the market in an unpolished state, effectively using clients as instruments for trial and error.
We paid in advance for a one-year subscription and additional costs, expecting a functional system requiring only minor tweaks. We pay to use a reliable solution — not to participate in experimentation.
