DHL received at their Québec facility…

DHL received at their Québec facility and it has stayed there from Aug 6th to today Aug 17th.!

I had to reach out to them, they found it, and I believe it is on the way finally.

Sprott and Purolater were great, the hickup is with DHL.

I only saw at the very end after the order was placed that on my first order I could have received a 10 percent discount on my purchase.

Good customer care attention.

There was a delay compared to previous purchases, but I was notified of the expected delay so there was no anxiety raised. Purhases are pretty straightforward and I have never had an issue.
