They do not process KYC properly and takes too much time. I submitted my KYC for verification and they said that I should be at least 18 years or above but I already proved to them that I was 30

Last time they suspended cause a buyer didn't give me proper directions for work and Rejected my task. When I complained the support team to fix this and give me my money for that rejected task, they instantly suspended my account. They got so much ego! Didn't give my 7 dollars or so back, sad.

SproutGigs unfairly suspended my account even though I always submitted genuine and correct proofs.
After I appealed, they reactivated my account but deducted $5 as a “penalty” — without showing any valid reason or evidence.

When I asked them to provide proof of which task I supposedly did wrong, they couldn’t show anything.
Their system seems to auto-ban accounts and then take money unfairly from innocent workers.

They are complete scammers. The minimum withdrawal is 5$. When you'll reach that amount they'll banned without any reason. And the same thing happened to me. I contacted them via email and didn't get a single response from them. Totally fake and scam platform.
