Unsatisfied Delivery & expired product
Delivery at 10 pm which should be before9 as mentioned on website, don’t deliver at doorstep at such late night but outside building. Expired discounted maagi delivered contrary to what was mentioned on website.

Regarding the delivery location, our delivery policy clearly states that standard delivery is to the parking area or main entrance (ground floor). Doorstep delivery to upper floors is available for an additional 59 DKK, which is also stated on our website. You can read the full policy here:

Concerning the Maggi Atta Noodles, we had two different batches in stock. One with a best before date of 31 March 2026 and another with 13 March 2026. Because the date was approaching, the product was heavily discounted from 25 kr to 1 kr. Before delivery we also refunded 4 kr for the 4 packs in your order. Please note that refunds normally take 1–3 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
That said, if you are not satisfied with the product, we are of course happy to arrange a return and provide a return label so the items can be refunded.
Regarding the delivery time, our normal delivery window is 17:00–20:00. Unfortunately on that day we experienced a very high number of orders, which caused delays. As stated in our policy, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, traffic conditions, or vehicle issues. While we always do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays can happen.
