Collected sensitive business/bank details, then platform disappeared under a new name
I signed up for Spuke's pre-launch waitlist, which asked for detailed private business information, business registration details, bank account information, and other sensitive data - before the platform had even launched. Shortly after, the branding changed and the company began operating as "Southbill" with no clear explanation of what happened to the data already submitted or why the name changed.
Asking for this level of sensitive financial/business information pre-launch, before any product, security audit, or terms of service track record exists, is a major red flag on its own. Combined with a sudden rebrand and no communication, I'd urge caution before submitting any real business or banking details to this platform & their new named site southbill.com does the same thing (collecting all sensitive business info) I'd want to see clear answers on data handling, company registration, and why the name changed before trusting them with financial information.
