Loved it

Loved it, the App is Great, very clear to see,
I falsely thought they use a1 Netz but they use the drei Netz. Once I realised i canceled my contract and my Rufnummermitnahme via WhatsApp and it was done. Very easy and clean process. Would reccommend them and would stay if they used the a1 Netz. But where im moving the 3 coverage isnt Great

Always happy with spusu

Unlike other telecomunication companies spusu always has nice and quick customer service, which makes it nice and easy to deal with this company and motivating to buy from them. Signing up is just as easy as cancelling contracts. Prices are cheap and depending where i lived i usually had good signal and decent speed. In the far north (Waldviertel) i had a sim card for internet and the speed was just wonderful,better than it had been in Vienna. The only reason I left spusu was moving abroad.

First Class Support

I moved to Spusu after a non existent support system from Lyca. The transfer went smoothly with an eSim, but then I found out my Google Pixel 6 Pro is incompatible with Spusu network. Emails were answered very quickly, and a full refund / cancellation was implemented rapidly with no fuss. Should I change my phone later I will return to Spusu. A rare occurence to find such good support.

Customer Service by phone and chat (whatsapp) is excellent. Pricing is fair, especially with my location close to the border of switzerland I really enjoy the Spusu gruezi plan.

Fantastic value and service.

Transfer of my old number seamless.
Amazing value, with European free calls as well, which is very useful as I regularly visit France.
Calls in USA cheap and data as well.
I am not someone who walks round with their phone in hand, so the data allowance is fine for me. 6 months with SPUSU.

No option to upgrade/downgrade out of business hours, Excellent customer service and all…

Excellent customer service and all good, only reasons we left were:
1. They won't alert you when running out of data
2. If you run out of data out of hours, you're stuck which happened to us on a weekend, no option to upgrade/downgrade 27/7 via the app so had no option but to jump ship.

One of the worst network I been to in…

One of the worst network I been to in my life. Purchased eSIMon Saturday. Installed eSIM. It said activated but when I was making call it was saying not activated . Wasted 4 hours to keep restarting phone and doing troubleshooting. Had to wait until Monday to ring Customer service. They activated it but data is still not working. Very poor signals most of places. And even with full signals no internet.

Danke Spusu!!

Best Customer service ever in the history of mobile network response time is rapid, never scams you or over charges. I have been using it since 2 years, hardly any issues with network. Only very few times the internet was down for only few minutes which is quite common. Worth for every penny you pay.

Broke my SIM card when changing it during holidays. Got a new eSIM 5 minutes after contacting the service team, had Internet again before leaving the airport. Doesn’t get much faster then that
