Absolute rubbish. I bought 2. Eventually got one working. Next morning - wouldn’t work.Don’t understand. It’s clear that a lot of development has gone into this. Why on earth distribute faulty units? Scam? Don’t know.

Rip off .scammed me . £130.85 . Taken out of my bank and no item has come. Forget it wish I read this before dealing with con artists

Items didn’t work at all!. Sent several emails with no reply. Not cheap. Would avoid. I believe it’s scam.

What a rip off camera and app do not work.Despite many calls promising help nothing seems to work.
Promised instructions on how to obtain a refund it never happened Despite many calls to their customer service the best I got was a promise of a 50% refund and keep the cameras I am still waiting no confidence it will happen.This company should be closed down what have I got shoddy and useless cameras and out of pocket.Avoid them

30 emails on these ****** people still refuse to refund my purchase, despite being in receipt of the returned goods. I have been offered 15 percent discount, 25 percent, 50 percent and 75 percent several times. It took 6 emails and several threats to get the return address from them.

As soon as your initial purchase is taken you are sent an email offering you to purchase 4 cameras at the price of 1.

Tomorrow, Monday i am logging a case of theft and obstruction against these people.

I ordered 2 cameras and 2 SD cards in April 2025 it is July 31, 2025. I received the SD cards and never received the cameras. Now I’m stuck with two SD cards I have no use for. I have called the company four times and emailed them multiple times trying to get a refund or get the cameras shipped to me. They consistently have an excuse that since the cameras have already been shipped, they cannot give me a refund or ship new ones and there’s nothing they can do. Do not order cameras from this company. They outsource their customer service people who answer the phones, these people don’t even work for the company. I would not even give it one star.

Ordered camera on 8th July never arrived despite 3 emails to customer support no answers no help
Delivery was said to be from local store in 3 to 6 days tracking showed ot was in China with delivery number stayed that way till 31 July when I requested snd received a t refund through good 0ld PAYPAL that is why I use PAYPAL in case of Shonky companies like woodmans

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They don’t work at all and are a complete waste of money. They suck you in with a consumer review that they have obviously set up themselves.

Absolute scam company. There cameras are not AP approved and are useless. Their customer services are a joke when trying to get a refund. They offering you 20% then 50% and tell you that you can keep the goods if you accept it. WHY would anyone want to keep these goods that are not fit for purpose. Save yourself a lot of heartache and money and don’t buy from this SCAM COMPANY

This company is a rip off! Do not order from here, the cameras don’t work, they won’t give you an address to return them. I eventually got a 75% refund which is disgusting, l had to email several times a day with them offering 25% then 50% so just a accepted 75% as it was stressful arguing with them. Would give zero stars if l could it’s a total scam.

Got sucked in by the Insta promos, big mistake. The products are useless and require additional purchases of an SD card and the downloading of an app that looks like it is based in China and asks for all sorts of personal info. Just could not get it to work. Wish I'd read the reviews! Asked for a refund 26 BOT emails later it finally arrived. They tried to fob me off with 50% and keep the products, 75% and keep the products and even 90% but I stuck to my guns, threatened legal rights and action and finally got my refund today. Avoid at all costs.

The Spy Focus mini cameras are out of date. They are not state of the art as advertised. The App has not been updated in 4 years and the cameras are not supported on the 5G network. It is pretty much a lemon

The cameras connected to the app but the app is not user friendly. Nothing stayed online. No customer service really you get an email telling you what to try. When yo ask to return for a refund you get "Keep them we will send you 35% refund". When yo say no your get "Keep them we will send you 375% refund". Why do I want something that doesn't work. I took the 75% and will donate the crap. I would stilllikethe rest of my money back...... Lesson learned

Bought a camera which somehow is rated 9.8% best on market.
The initial barcode scanner comes up out of date, the camera is faulty and does not connect to WiFi. To be eligible for refund it has to be returned within 30 days which is not possible as it took 3 weeks to ship. They offer you 10% then 15% then 25% refund to keep item and close case. This cost £51.00 but you can buy them on Ebay for £6.00. Who is monitoring these scammers and moreso letting them advertise.

My original order never showed up! I emailed the company letting them know the issue. I asked him for a full refund for $207.67. They emailed me back saying that they were sending out a replacement order. I never received an order number or tracking information and I still have not received the replacement cameras. I’ve been emailing them and now my emails were coming back. To me failure! Please don’t spend your money on this. They’re a rip off the active if you’re donating the money to them and not purchasing the product.

Cheap plastic.email does not associate and phone number no connection.

Diese Kamera ist ein unbrauchbares Spielzeug ! Sie kann voll geladen nur ca. 3 Stunden ohne Kabelanschluss funktionieren. Weder die versprochene Nachtsichtfunktion noch ein Betrieb draußen bei Sonnenschein ist möglich. Die Kamera kann nur in Räumen bei Tageslicht brauchbare Bilder liefern. Die Inbetriebnahme und Koppelung mit dem WIFI ist kompliziert. Die Alarmfunktion funktioniert bis heute nicht !
This camera is a useless toy! It only lasts about three hours on a full charge without a cable connection. Neither the promised night vision function nor outdoor use in sunlight is possible. The camera can only deliver usable images indoors during daylight hours. Setting it up and connecting it to the Wi-Fi is complicated. The alarm function still doesn't work!

The cameras will not connect to WIFI, its cheap junk and when you try to get a refund they ghost you. First in an email when I requested a refund they responded with 'sorry that email is not associated with a purchase' So I screen shot their previous emails and said what is this then? No response when you call their number it goes straight to voicemail and not surprisingly they do not call back. I got scammed, I feel stupid. DO NOT BUY!

They overcharged me by £ 24 last Feb 2025. It is now June 25 and I am still fighting for a refund. For about the 6th ttime they tell me my last ticket expired make out new one. They told me to keep the goods and refund will be given. Will not be dealing with them again. Would advise caution

I was charged almost 200 euros the camera i ordered was 29.45 they charged me for 4 cameras also within ten minutes i contacted the company to be told my order had been dispatched if anyone else had this experience please let me know as i certainly would not recommend having anything to do with this company 😡
