Rip off. I have now learned not to get suckered into things based on "Best xxxxx Reviewed" articles just found on the internet. I bought either 4 or 5 of these ($129) - the directions were about as unclear as anything I ever read and I couldn't get the app to work. In the end, I'm glad, because the whole thing - camera and app seems to be a Made-in-China rip off, probably also intended to spy on the consumer.

bought 2 doorbells and 3 cameras from this so called company when they arrived they were not spyfocus but (ulooka). they wont connect to the app. these item were not cheap i am disgusted how they can treat people this way i have email them on several occasions and not getting anything back people please be aware about purchasing from this company

SPY FOCUS JUST CONNED ME TO BUY PRETENDING TO BE PART OF WHICH MAG -so I bought then checked in2 mins after on Trustpilot so 2 mins later sent email to cancel --to late theyve totted up a bill over £250 of stuff i did not order !I guess no return address in uk so expensive to return if faulty-will tell Which comsumer assoc their name is used to do this as a con & fraud--Barclaycard should have a blacklist and ban fraud like this plus all card comps to stop fraud and poor quality junk --Shame on all con merchants .Amazing how quick order packed to go in 5 mins !

What I don’t understand is, why government departments do not step in and get this type of sales pitch site taken down, before so many people become victims of shoddy probably Chinese cheap goods flooding the markets. These things have been for sale for ages. I hate to think how many people have lost money. There has to be more done to prevent this sort of thing. Well done Trustpilot for publishing reviews.

Not only do they not work but ordering may also be faulty. I clicked on an offer of reduced price. The website showed my order was being processed. This happened on Christmas eve just passed. The order being processed message remained until I decided after five minutes to close the website. I believe the offer price was £19.99. After 10 minutes I checked my banking app. and noticed I had been charged £32.99 but for two cameras. I had selected only to buy one. I returned within the hour to my banking app to take a note of transaction nos. To my horror another payment had been taken for a single cam but this time saying it included warranty. This new separate charge was for £52.99. I immediately contacted the company by email on Christmas eve. A prompt reply ensued saying the items had already been dispatched. A refund of £4.99 was given regarding the warranty not asked for. I was assured that everything would be fine as the thirty day money back guarantee would still be able to be claimed. I would not go to further expense of recorded delivery as I have zero confidence in this company and don't want them to have the opportunity of reselling this junk.

I received the camera today and what a useless product. The ftycampro app is so poor I cannot connect to the camera after 5 hours of trying. Also be vary wary of the permissions that the app asks for, it wants to access your photo's, your phone settings etc.
The build quality of the camera is poor, the setup is poor and I wouldn't trust anything from this company.

Thank goodness I came back to see if there were any reviews on this company as I was hovering over the button to buy 4 with 75% off. After reading the reviews, I’ve saved a lot of money. Thank you so much trust pilot

Absolute rubbish item, Website and its 'customer reviews' are a scam and totally false. I cannot stress too much DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received some cameras as a Christmas gift and have been going back and forth with their customer service for 5 days trying to get them returned and a refund. I have little confidence that when I return these items I will be refunded.

Dreadful product. I bought three and all of them have terrible battery lives, the app is temperamental at best. DO NOT PURCHASE these items.

I would give this company a minus score if possible stay away got took in by their website big mistake
Ordered on the 13th December cancelled on 14th December but they said to late to cancel as gone to despatch they increased return window 30days to 45days contacted them to say now received can they give me return details only to be told they closed my original case and to contact a different company which I believe is not legit
Now the 24th January still trying to get refund even tho I have full tracking to prove they received back

I am writing to express my disappointment with the cameras I recently purchased. The quality of the cameras is very flimsy and does not match the appearance on the website. I would not recommend this product to anyone based on my experience.

Furthermore, I am frustrated with the return policy. The website stated that full refunds were available, but now I am being told that I have to pay for the return shipping. This is unacceptable and contradicts the information provided at the time of purchase.

The camera isn't fit for purpose/as described.
The night vision is almost nonexistent and the camera does not hold a charge.
The camera can be picked up on the marketplace for around £5.
I returned mine for a refund.

I bought four of the cameras on Dec9 2024, two were not holding a charge. It cost cost 179.to purchase and the quality was not good nor was the customer service I wanted to send them back but was expected to caver the cost and they did not believe that the two cameras were not working. I never left an unkind review before up and until now. Sherry B.

Somehow, while paging through the ordering process, it automatically placed the order. I immediately contacted their customer service and requested that the order be cancelled. In just a few minutes, I received an email stating the order had been packed and placed in shipment.. Are you kidding me ? Amazon isn't even that fast ! Liars !!
I called their customer service department again and the person hung up on me. At this point I am getting a bit irritated. None the less, I called their customer service department again. I requested the order be cancelled. I was told that they would send a request to the warehouse. Once again, I received an email stating it was impossible to cancel the order. It was packed and shipped already.. More of the same. Lies !!
I would highly recommend NOT to purchase anything from this vile company.

Do not buy these cameras. They are useless and the whole thing is a big con. I read the glowing reviews, which I realised later were sponsored, and ordered three cameras at a so-called special deal of £105. When the confirmation came through there was an additional £14.97 for an extended warranty which I hadn't asked for. They finally arrived after three weeks but when I tried to install them, they messed up my internet and phone settings, the picture quality was dreadful and the so-called "magnetic" mount didn't like to attach to metal! They are also unsuitable for outside as they are not weather resistant. You also have to buy a 64GB memory card for each camera, which they offered at a special discounted price of £14. I bought one at Tesco for £10. I gave up trying to install one and emailed their customer support to ask for a full refund which is promised on their website. Then began a long exchange of emails from a variety of so-called customer service support staff, including "Patrick", "Victor", "Myra", "Vanessa" and "Nyle" (presumably all AIs) who laid out the conditions of a refund which included that the packaging must be intact which is difficult if you have tried to install them. I would also have to pay the carriage costs and I felt they would find some reason not to refund me. They offered me instead a 35% refund and I could keep the cameras. I pointed out that I didn't want them as they were useless for my needs. The refund was increased to 50% - I again said I wanted a full refund and that was increased to 75% and I could keep them. I realised I had been conned so thought it best to cut my losses and accept, not expecting to get anything. Amazingly, the refund of £94 was paid within 24 hours!. However I am now left with three totally useless cameras which I am worried are listening to every word I utter. Do not buy these things. It is a con and there are plenty of other legitimate systems available.

Not worth it, don't waste your money. The camera charges for over 24 hours and then only lasts for a few minutes. I want to return the camera's and it is difficult.

Is it worth even one star? I too was impressed by the description of their security cameras on their site. I realised it was a fraud when the order tracking sent by their so-called "customer support" gave no precise information. Just now it says that my order has been in transit for 31 days and is still expected to arrive within one to five days. I wonder which planet it was dispatched from. These guys/gals should be taken to court and land up in prison.

Avoid like the plague. Got scammed like many others. I thought it was a genuine quality product. Got suspicious when the item didn't arrive on time. It finally arrived but after reading the comments in here I knew it was a scam and low quality to be expected..Indeed, after a difficult app installation/ set up which I hope is not hacking my phone , the camera worked but poor quality image, no sound, black and white and no image in the dark. Plus weird connection,I have no access to my own home WiFi when I am connected to "their device network". And I imagine it stops recording as soon as you disconnect from their network, or switch off your phone. Plus battery already flat after 10 minutes use. Item unlikely to last more than a few days
Their "customer service" are liers with no scruples, probably AI. So pissed off at myself I didn't notice it was a fraud but moreover disgusted at such human beings setting up this fraud websites.
