This has been a fantastic prospecting tool for my business and the customer service has been extremely good and very helpful.

SpyFu is an invaluable resource in the web design and lead generation fields. The dashboard is user friendly and very intuitive. We are a digital lead generation shop and several of us use SpyFu almost daily and for different reasons.

Spyfu is awesome. I've been very impressed and have impressed many clients with the data that Spyfu contains. They have very informative blogs to help you use their software better but also how to sell to your clients by using the reports in Spyfu.
The only issue I've had lately is their data is not as refreshed as I would like it to be. I did not notice this at first, I thought it was current. It has only been lately that I've noticed the data not being very current.
Other than that, I don't question spending money on Spyfu's service. I highly recommend at least trying Spyfu out, they may get you by the hook as they did me.

I like the Services, and it looks as if they are always looking to improve.

Used Spyfu.com for my thesis research and am actively taking advantage of their SEO & PPC competitive intelligence tools for my Company. Helpful staff... have had three chat sessions, all of which concluded with a more than satisfactory result.

As an SEO and online marketing agency we have tried using countless numbers of software and SpyFu has proved to easily be the most valuable. I don't normally write reviews for companies but after dealing with their wonderful customer service, which is usually a dreadful process for any online software, I had to share the experience. I would highly recommend for any company which cares about organic or paid rankings as well as competition research.

Spyfu has a lot of awesome tools to get info on competitors marketing strategies. It is a little overwhelming at first, but the tutorials are good. They have chat and I even got an emailed l from them offering to call me and answer questions. I'm still learning but so far I am very satisfied.

This is more than just another keyword & ad scraper. The rich data is very helpful and goes back for 7 years. The algorithms that estimate spend and clicks are equal to or better than anything else on the market.

Everyone has been so helpful! The software is amazing! I am just starting out at this and the tutorials are extensive and very easy to follow. I would highly recommend Spyfu.com for anyone just starting or well along in their need for SEO and PPC

I was to download back link reports in PDF format. I contacted spyfu twice about this. No solution...
Also the program just delivers US based data, you cannot drill into individual sates.
Some of the competitive reports are just off.

But then again it come up with some useful keywords.

Great service and lots of information, but seems geared more towards SEO professionals and not us "end-users" It would be better if you had two different types of plans where you could get more report credits rather than sales leads credits.

Yeah, it's almost too much information! I love all of it, but it is a lot of information to plow through, and I almost need someone at SpyFu to say, "Look at this bit of data! You so need to jump on this!" Something like the Google AdWords "Opportunities." However, I think AdWords Opportunities is just a lure to get you to spend more money.

I really was not expecting that Spyfu has that much of quality information that we can use to master us on SEO ground.

I still new to use it's total functionality,but the most important point i like most that it's approach toward to create customized information!!

Please keep me updated with new features & services related to SEO.

It's an awesome website to do SEO competitive analysis.

Isn't it lovely? I ask a question, then they ask me to reveiw them without first answering it. Believe me, I do form opinions about you from behaviour like this.

Overall a good tool... but I had to call in and find out on certain operational issues. I was told... yeah we should probably have that option

They need to allow better segmented and more granular keyword research

I switched to spyfu from raven tools because of the better keyword research tools available. You can really dig deep into competitor ads and keywords to tweak and change your own content.

Though one point I don't like - reports aren't unlimited. Though they are indepth when you do make one I find it a little weird that they each cost "credits". Im not sure if your credits replenish each month automatically or if you must buy more, but raven tools offered unlimited reports.

Overall if you are doing content marketing or ad words this is a better tool (in my opinion) than raven tools or moz

I love the software but the canadian data is not there as much
