Hi all , I bought this application 2 years ago for a few months, and this month 2026 again, everything is different, nothing works anymore, liverecord, social media...record calls, nothing updates, support is no longer livechat, everything has changed for the worse, too bad, I will not buy again, they are not serious!!

I want my refund back as it is not trustworthy I have even submittedThey don't bother to solve problem just sitting idle n giving direction do this di that why when I subscribed it was ok the very next day problem arise how come so nothing working except CALL DETAIL N SMS then what the use of your app on complaining they even don't schronized it it will better if they change customer support n technical team from there app n employ new one to handle spyhuman app that only better solution for soyhumannapp

Your services only works in trial period but when we subscribe once its totaly dissapointment
Only call logs showing not reciveng call recordings waste of money
Customer service also not supporting not recomend for any

Recorded call and contact no. doesn't match. Bcz bcz it shows the recorded call.but contact no is of other person

10 days working and 20 days nt working this app this is waste app in the world waste off money but there was no use to see msgs call logs and etc etc

Bad Experience for me, No voice of other side could hear, tried all the way by changing browser also.

The app is not working in vivo mobile because renew before is disply in updated contacts and calls location renew ofter not working previous updated on the display please check and working the app immediately

Poor service whenever I enquire them that I am receiving call logs but not receiving calls recording they always advise me to fix the target device but target device been configure as per their advice but for sure they don't synchronize the whole scenario properly but upon complaining time to time I do get calls recording sometimes but not as often as I should so I don't recommend to anyone....maybe it cost them for synchronizing the account or maybe their app is not working properly not sure...but they ask customer to fix the target device.
If the target device is configured as per their requirement why do I get calls recording occasionally?
It doesn't make sense so if there is any admin who handles this complaint should consider all this...and take the appropriate action to rectify the probloems

It's worthless! It keeps showing in the open background apps, and shows a weird mark when a call is being made, making it not invisible at all. It also is easily tracked and removed by any mobile phone expert.

don't buy and don't use this software because of the wrost of service and support. I lost my money. I don't have to any option for giving zero rates otherwise I will be gone with zero rating

Dont buy,
they are just cheaters.
The mobile shows offline. It only worked for 1 day.
I emailed them straight away. they never reply and just took the money.
No refund until now.
Be careful.. indian people mostly cheaters

Worst app and customer service I have been their client fr almost 8-9 month pls don’t download or subscribe to this site in starting they provide u good services but when they see as permanent type client they start creating a problem in my case my target phone use to show offline whenever I loggin after haveing a good Internet connection it keep showing offline I have raised so many complaints against this type of problem but work fr few days then again it starts and wen u again try to complain they make u wait fr long time so that client itself close its customer complaints online support then they ignore u reply u in rude way while u complaining online the chat box shows due to network problems ur chat is closed. Imean after paying them what we get in return is nothing so if u don’t wana believe me then try urself but in my suggestion pls don’t go fr ths site they only loot u

Very bad app only for custmer bay many very bad application.not custemer responce and not call ateend. Don't time and money west. This application is froud.
