No problems what so ever...
I received my order a little below a week after I ordered it.
Both guns(Spyra Two) works perfectly fine and my son and I have played a lot around with them. He even submerged the gun in our pool, which caused a bit of the problems, some have complained about, but after being used correctly for 30 minutes it was back to how it should work.
Looking forward to a hopefull warm summer with lots of water fights.
The Spyra One
I got my first gun after the Kickstarter-Project.
After the first year the gun dont worked anymore. The pump dont sucked water or the Gun dont shot. I got a replacement but it doesnt workt at the first day correct, too.
=>
I had charged it and held it in the water for the first filling according to the operating instructions (clear, cold tap water)
At first I was surprised at how quiet the pump is, but I quickly realized why: it wasn't sucking.
This repeated 3 times.
Then the pump got louder but not sucked yet.
The 4th time she first spat air into the water and then sucked in water to a level of 47%. Try again: up to 97% then up to 100.
I shot them empty and thought: The first filling was good.
I then did a second filling: 1st attempt: charged up to 45%. 2nd attempt: 95%, 3rd attempt 97%, 4th attempt 100%. Finally full.
I shot them empty again. Then fired the empty shot for storage and wanted to put it down with the muzzle down.
NOW COMES THE HAMMER: The display was off and I heard bubbling after turning it off. I took the Spyra and turned it over. The muzzle lost water and bubbled. Before I (fortunately) could take a closer look, the Spyra One fired a shot!!!! With water! (AFTER THE EMPTYSHOT!)
You can't imagine that. That would have almost literally been in the eye or in the ear.
I don't know what errors the Spyras still have. But this one had, in my opinion, the worst and most dangerous.
After two years one of the Spyras dont worked well, it dont sucked up water. The other one dont sucked, and turned instantly off.
After the third try, it wasnt able to turn on anymore and the front handle of the Spyra heated up and it smelled smored and burned! I was confused and scared.
Please dont by any of theire Products. The Support isnt good and the products seems not to be very good.
