The level of support provided was extremely poor. After agreeing to help improve my website, he contributed the absolute bare minimum, showed very little initiative, and failed to deliver on the agreed terms. The SEO work was especially disappointing — much of the tagging simply reused my own copy with little evidence of professional optimisation or strategic input.

Communication became increasingly unreliable and, ultimately, he simply disappeared before the work was properly completed.

Overall, this was a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience. I feel totally ripped off and cannot recommend his services to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
