Chris and his team have just built us an amazing new kitchen extension, which we are very pleased with. They are a professional team and the workmanship is of high standard. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone having similar building work carried out.

Chris and his team sorted my pretty manky bathroom - fully stripping out, replastering, tiling and reinstalling. They were superb - professional, friendly, always turning up when they said they would, communicating clearly and leaving nothing undone or sept under the carpet. Highly recommended.

We had a terribly laid out kitchen that we have been trying to get replaced for almost a year, found Chris and his team on a local Facebook group and they have transformed it into exactly what we wanted. From cutting back and reinforcing walls to fit units to doing odd jobs when they came up off their own back, like fixing our front door, they’ve been brilliant and would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. On top of this working safely within the quarantine rules which was something we thought would stop all progress for months. We have running water and a perfect kitchen.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job in replacing all the windows in my flat, and other delicate works. I was very particular about the windows I wanted in terms of shape and material, and they are exactly as I was hoping them to be. Chris was very responsive and kind enough to regularly send me pictures, as I was out of town and I could follow the works "remotely". Definitely recommend!

Square Mile Builders did extensive renovations on our house, including structural changes to the back half of our house, installation of a new shower room and kitchen and conversion of our garage into an office. Chris and his team were excellent throughout, maintaining a constant line of communication. Notably, Chris would only proceed with additional works after a two-way conversation, identifying all available options and confirmation from us. He always addressed our concerns promptly - including coming on a weekend to make alterations. The results are fantastic and we’re delighted with the quality of work.

We had to do some decorating work in our new flat before moving and we were in a bit of a rush. Chris and his team were very efficient, very reliable in helping us to get things ready on time and really honest in giving us a quote and keep in touch during the works. I would be very happy to recommend Square Mile Builders to others! 5 stars

Last year Chris and his team did a lovely refurbishment of a maisonette we own in South London. He was on time, on budget, and the work was of the highest quality. Chris is not a teeth-sucker, he wants to find a solution to his clients' problems - and there are always problems in any building project. He and his team are totally trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending Square Mile Builders.

Brilliant service on our loft conversion. Chris was always quick to respond and worked above and beyond what we expected from him. Top quality end result and we are already planning our next project to use his services again. Highly recommend.
