The item repaired was taken to square repair by my daughter. It was explained that it was her mother's who passed away in December. The operative kept to his word to ring my daughter within 48hrs to inform her of price and the repair was carried out very professionally and within the expected time. I strongly recommend this company and thank you to all involved.

Replaced battery on Huawei P9 the same day, when elsewhere failed to respond to my enquires. Like having a new phone.

A little tricky to find - it is down a small side-road and into the reception for the office block at the end! The service was great; quick, efficient and perfectly executed (iPhone 6 screen replacement).

I've used these guys twice to fix an old i-Pod. Once to sort out a faulty headphone jack, and later to replace a battery. Both times they were quick and hassle free. And good value too. Recommended.

My 13 year old iPod required a new battery. It was replaced, at a reasonable price whilst I waited. Only time will tell (13 years?) how the new battery will perform. The iPod is functioning very effectively at present. Many thanks for your excellent service!

iPhone 7 port was not working when headphone we’re plugged in. Also issue with hearing receiver when making calls.

Problem was fixed in a day with great communication throughout.

Had booked a walk-in appointment on Monday 8th Oct for Friday but my circumstances changed on Tuesday and just walked in.

I met Anthony whom I found very approachable and good listener.

He accepted to take on my phone and in less than 2hrs, it was done.

Hence, I have now an HTC One M8 with a replaced battery and very satisfied with its performance already.

I just ran onto their website randomly and I highly recommend them.

Excellent company. I arranged a repair time specifying the quick 2 hour repair.
They sent me an email saying that it was ready to be picked up and paid for it via card after checking everything was good.
Would highly recommend.

I sent my galaxy s6 in for a new charging port after it fried whilst on charge. I found it easy to arrange the repair and return online then just sent off via royal mail and waited.i was surprised at how fast it was done as no sooner had I received a confirmation of the phones arrival at square repair it was done and on it's way back to me. Received a full day after and I'm very pleased with the job. Phone works great again and can't argue with the price for being able to use my phone again. I would definitely use them again for any other phone repair issues!

In a word brilliant service. Really clear and personalised communication, kept me updated on repair of an iPhones6 as well as an iPhone7, both of which had be written off by Apple store and iSmash as "unrepairable".

The total bill to fix both phones was less than £150, which when compared with the cost of replacing them via Apple is an unbelievable bargain.

My boss smashed the screen on his iPhone 7+ I went online and booked a 30min walk-in service. They changed the screen and I opted for a screen protector. Very quick and easy. My boss was very happy and said his screen is clearer than when he first bought it!

My Sony Xperia Z5 Compact's battery has swollen and pushed out the back cover of the phone. I've done a quick search, found Square Repair right in the centre of the City, left them my phone at around 1pm and collected it the same day at 5.30pm with the new battery and accurately re-sealed. Quality and quick work. Highly recommend!
