We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused by sending a 1/8" material instead of a 1/4" material.
However, we had received approval of the proof with the changed material.
That being said, we reached out to you and provided a full refund as a gesture of good faith and to resolve the issue.
We once again apologize for the negative experience.
A little pricey, but not too bad with quantity discounts.

Square Signs absolutely knocked it out of the park with my acrylic business sign. The detail is insane—crisp, clean, and genuinely looks premium. On top of that, their customer service was next-level. I needed a lot of guidance to get everything just right (and I’m picky 😅), and they were patient, helpful, and super responsive the whole way through. The final result exceeded my expectations and I’ll 100% be coming back for future signs. If you’re on the fence—do it. Square Signs is the real deal.

I was so impressed with the designers and the customer service. They helped me vectorize my logo, and were so kind helping me through any modifications I asked for. The sign looks amazing and came so well packaged! It was easy to hang too and looks amazing! I'll definitely be using Square Signs again in the future.
