There was a tiny chip in the lettering of one of our signs, but the product itself looks sleek and the frosted acrylic gives it the look of glass.

It's very pretty although not quite what I expected. The graphics are well-applied, I guess I didn't realize that it was a decal so I hope that it doesn't lift over time. There was a 2" scratch upwards from the bottom edge that I can partially cover with the window frame. Customer service before the sale was excellent and the packaging for safe travel was outstanding.
