I rarely leave reviews this detailed, but Square Signs absolutely earned it. I ordered five custom aluminum metal prints, including one double-sided commemorative piece, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The print quality is outstanding. The colors are rich, the detail is incredibly sharp, and the finished pieces look more like professional gallery artwork than signage. What impressed me even more was the customer service. Lucy worked with me through numerous revisions, custom formatting requests, shipping changes, and special production details. She was consistently patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was exactly right before production. The packaging was excellent, everything arrived safely, and the French cleat mounting system made installation straightforward while giving each piece a clean floating appearance on the wall. This project represented something deeply meaningful to me, and Square Signs treated it with the same level of care that I did. That level of professionalism is rare. I would not hesitate to order from them again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for premium custom aluminum artwork or signage.
