I thought the .25 inch pvc would be more rigid. But the sign will meet our needs.

We have used PVC-based signs in our community since its initial construction. They have held up well. The original signs were 3/4" but we ordered the 1/2" from SquareSigns as the extra width doesn't really increase the sign's long-term weather durability and neither width withstands mower, edger and vehicle impacts. Happy with the product we bought.
