The print quality is good and it arrived quicky, but despite the secure packaging the frame arrived with a large bend/crease.

Great product! Printed very nicely and high quality. Arrived in great condition. I only have one complaint. As the size of the board increases (I ordered 46" x 36"), the border around the cutout doesn't change in the way you would expect. It gets wider on the sides and skinnier on the top and bottom. What I had to do to get the look I wanted was to rotate everything 90 degrees. In the design interface, the rotate tool is not easy to use. I had to guess the angle that I was rotating. I wish there was an option to select specific rotation amounts. in the end I just designed in Photoshop and exported it as an image. Otherwise great product!

I was sent an email to proof my order, I asked about certain things that showed up on the proof like lines and was told they would not be there. I received the item, and you can clearly see the lines that weren't filled in or they shouldn't have been there in the first place. When I called to discuss this, Pauline tried to say I didn't ask about this and continued to read other emails until I had to ask her if it was my turn to speak because she wouldn't let me get a word in. When I got the opportunity to speak, I read her the email I sent and the response she sent me. Her response to me was she needed to speak to the manager and would get back to me. After spending over $70 for a product we won't be able to use it.
