Packaging was top notch, product was beautiful and unusable. It was so adhesive it folded in on itself and I was unable to separate it, and in the trash it went. I was so sad. Edited to add 2 extra stars for Customer Service - since my review of their product, they have reached out multiple times to offer a discounted replacement and detailed instructions on how to handle their product. I am impressed with them trying to make this right.
