Unprofessional management and zero job security
I began cleaning holiday lets for this family company business under the impression it was a reputable operation.
Unfortunately, the management practises are unprofessional and erratic.
From the start there was a total lack standard procedures.
No contract was provided and no clear job description was established.
Despite years of experience and an excellent track record with my other clients, the feedback shifted dramatically when the owners wife became involved.
Instead of professional communication, the owner chose to terminate my services via a sudden text message citing vague satisfaction, and immediately blocked my number before any mature, professional conversation took place.
Treating workers as disposable and cutting off communication without a proper conversation is unacceptable.
This childish approach to management causes unnecessary stress and completely discards a workers well being and self esteem.
I would advise other future workers to air with caution
