As with everyone else I placed on order on Aug 2 and got an email saying they would dispatch however this has not happened. They aren't returning communication either. Will be reporting.
Order placed 3 weeks ago. Received an email from Squishd saying that they were behind and would send out tracking details within a few days. Have since emailed the company 3 times with no response. Will be claiming a chargeback.
I suspect this site is fraudulent - have reported to the ACCC. Despite multiple emails, and requests, still no package. Tracking label was created but the item was never collected by AusPost.
Have not received my order. You get an automated response from an AI bot if you reply to the order confirmation email or if you try to contact through the website. There is no listed ABN and it's difficult to pinpoint a mailing address. I should have known better. Don't fall into this trap like me!
