Before ordering bag I asked if the bag would pull on my clothes and they said no. However when I held the bag it pulled on my outfit which was of delicate material and it has ruined my suit. SR said that the one side was material so shouldn’t have pulled! Obviously the material side wouldn’t pull it was the embroidery side that did . They refused to do anything and I had to get a refund from Etsy.

This bag is one of our best sellers and we have never received this feedback about it ruining an outfit. One side is purposely kept plain to avoid this so logically you should have kept the embroidered side away from your outfit. It was said it wouldn't pull as we have never had this feedback from customers. Etsy is there to support sellers and buyers and you had used this bag, hence why it was advised for you to contact Etsy. You received a full refund, so not sure what the problem is. As a seller on Etsy they are there to support us and in this instance it was the best option for them to handle the case.
