Spoke to Felson who was able to give me clear answers to my concerns regarding faxes not going through, what I should do to try to remedy the concern, and if the concern is not remedied how I can reach them to deal with the issues. Very Helpful!

It was a very short phone tree and someone from support answered right away. Christina was very friendly and upbeat, she knew what to do to check for the problem and gave me some good tips for using the service. It was one of the best technical support calls I've ever had!

The support agent Felson was very polite and helpful and my query was solved promptly.

The unsatisfactory part is the long wait to speak with someone. I was put on hold for more than 15 min.
