I placed an order on 6 February 2026…
I placed an order on 6 February 2026 and made payment the same day. Initially, there was communication from Malia acknowledging my order and thanking me for the purchase. I was provided with tracking details through Parcelforce Worldwide (Parcel Force 48 service), which showed “Sender has despatched item” on 8 February 2026.
However, when I checked the tracking again on 13 February 2026, there had been no further updates beyond the original status. I emailed the company requesting a delivery update, but to date I have received no response. I also contacted them via their Facebook page and received no reply there either.
In addition, I called the phone number listed on their website at approximately 11:00 a.m. (USA time), but no one answered.
The complete lack of communication and absence of any tracking progress is concerning. Has anyone else experienced this, and can anyone confirm whether this company is legitimate?
