Do not use these cowboys .We moved on 2nd April after having a gentleman called Duncan give us a price ,Duncan was told wot we were taking and wot we were leaving behind everything was itemised. When it came to the actual move HALF the stuff couldn’t fit onto the van . I was so annoyed that we then had to remove the rest of the stuff ourselves. This should have never been the case .After complaining to the company No one has responded. Poor poor service shouldn’t be able to rip people of like this Please beware guys I’d never recommend this company there customer service is appalling

These guys are absolutely brilliant; so professional, helpful and friendly, from start to finish.

Scott was happy to answer my many many anxiety-ridden questions before I chose to go ahead with their support. I had nothing to worry about - they arrived promptly, kept us in the loop, packed the luton in tetris-professional style, unpacked on the other end and went above and beyond to help us move into our new home.

We moved from Basingstoke to Norwich, and if we were to ever move again, Scott and his team would be the first I'd turn to.

It is worth noting that I was quoted almost £1000 more by other local movers than I was charged by S.R. Simpson removals.

I was completely satisfied with the removal service Scott provided. He was quick to respond with a very competitive quote and was available on a Saturday (our preferred day). Scott took a lot of time and care of the items to be moved from Berkshire to Dorset, ensuring that everything was safely secured and protected in the removal van. He and Myles were extremely courteous and carefully unloaded the items and installed them in the house in Dorset. I will definitely be using Scott's removal service again! Thank you!

The long distance removal went very smoothly. Loading and unloading was extremely fast, nothing was damaged and the removal Guys very polite delivering service with the smile! Cannot ask for more. Very happy!

I am a bit disappointed with their service. To ask for a quotation, I captured a video of my belongings. They gave me a price which is reasonable (I would say, price is the cheapest among other quotations). They do require a deposit and VAT, so added in the price is cheapest. They said they do offer a "Best Price Guarantee", but as there is a deposit, and VAT added in the price, which is a bit confusing to me.

On the day of removal, although they came on time as promised, they walked into my flat without taking off their muddy shoes or using their own rugs. They do have some rugs, but I did not ask for this, and also, they did not offer them. Both worked very fast and stepped into the bedroom, I can understand this because they are working at that time. I did prepare some used towels on the floor to avoid and dirty on the carpet which is difficult to be cleaned at my end of the tenancy agreement.

Halfway through the removal, they said there were more boxes than agreed and asked for more money. I understand that is my fault also because I did not fully pack everything, as my packing is still ongoing. However, although there is no large furniture or white goods as promised, I was willing to increase the price again.

In the end, I am paying quite a lot compared to other quotations. I just pay hoping they continue to remove my belongings and bring to other places.
When arriving the new places, they unloaded all the belongings. As I didn’t want a dirty carpet, I did not dare to ask them to put some belongs on the second floor.

Ultimately, I had learnt my lesson and will make sure I ask the price in detail (e.g. deposit included the price, +VAT).

Great service, the team handled our things as if they were their own things. I highly recommend Scott and his team.

They were quick, efficient and really friendly. The CEO gave us a price to match the competition, which we really appreciate. Nothing was broken or missing, really reliable!
