Excellent socks! The existing colours are pretty versatile and I'm sure they offer custom dye orders too. The delivery was pretty quick (Hermes standard). All in all, great experience and if you follow their ig @sslam.london you can see that this business uses eco-friendly packaging and really cares about customer satisfaction.

Smooth purchase and no issues on the…
Smooth purchase and no issues on the website. I paid for next day delivery early morning to expect the parcel the following day. However, no dispatch email or any parcel received the next day or the day after. Frustrating to pay for a service that isn’t received.

Thank you for your feedback. However, in your confirmation email and on every product page, the listed processing time states it may take up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) to prepare for despatch which means your order will be shipped on the 4th working day with tracking confirmation.
Opting for Next Day delivery means your parcel will be with you within 1 working day after despatch, not after order confirmation, as stated in our shipping policy and in our FAQ page. If in doubt, please refer to your confirmation email with the processing time.

(ps laundry detergent used smells nice)

Faulty item
The size I purchased would not fit a size 4, 5 which is why I asked for a larger size.. no where on your website does it state that when you dye the socks they shrink.
I have my own Nike socks 2-5 and they fit fine, I would have returned these if I could have.
Your customer service needs to improve massively, and not insinuate people are lying when raising a fault.

As we operate on a final sales policy, unless the items are faulty, we unfortunately we cannot send replacements. In your enquiry you requested replacement socks in another size as your pairs were small for you. This is not a claim for faulty products if you've chosen wrong sizes.
We follow Nike’s size guide which states S socks will fit UK2-5 (EU34-38). We're sorry to hear the socks you've bought does not seem to not fit, we can only send replacements of the same items you’ve chosen, not another style/size. We use the sizing chart from Nike as they manufacture the socks.
