Nice service from SS20
Don't hesitate to order online from SS20. I ordered a jacket which came up too big so I called to make sure they had the next size down, then returned the original Asap. They put the smaller jacket to one side after my call then delivered it back to me at my specified time a few days later. Easy, no hassles process. They also use a very reliable delivery company that have a good online system and give a 1 hour delivery window which they met - twice.

Made an order in the sale for collection. Got a phone call after my order to inform me they were not open on the tuesday at present and that hopefully that is OK. It was fine with me and very much appreciated the call. Friendly and fun staff on arrival very helpful seeing if I needed anything else.
