I logged onto "my social security" to…

I logged onto "my social security" to see how much cost of living they are giving for next year. While there, there is a big red word "SUSPENDED," so I called them had to wait almost two hours before receiving a phone call back. I spoke with a lady and told me they mailed the form out in September 2025. I told her I never received it, then she told me to call this other number so I did. I waited 25 minutes before anyone answered. The lady was so rude made me feel like I have been filling this form out every year which I told her I never received it. She suggested I should go to the social security office to pick up the forms, after she said that I asked her about an appointment. I didn't realized she already hanged up on me. She made me feel like I was lying about it. I took off right away and stood in line for over two hours before being allowed to enter and check in. There were so many seats available but was told they can only allow seven customer who has no appointment at a time. I finally got in and spoke with a gentleman. I told him I needed a form that I need to fill out what I did with the money. He told me to wait and he got them for me. He handed the forms to me and I said they sent it to the wrong address. I asked him did they correct the address. He said yes. I filled the forms right there and dropped it off in the green box. This experience made me so frustrated that I can not sleep.
