Old fashioned values.
Very rarely am I comfortable in trusting my car to main dealerships, maybe because I spent many years in the trade. The differences in commitment between a big chain and independent was astonishing. Profit vs commitment is never a happy marriage.
These guys look after two of my cars and were independently recommended by two friends from completely different circles.
I fell that they always go the extra mile and that I’m not paying through the nose to see an attractive receptionist and have my car washed by the newbie to soften a scary bill.
Quiet and secure location, a few nice local roads as well that makes the occasional visit all the more enjoyable.
Can’t praise them enough.
