Trash company, making robo calls for the past month.

High pressure robo......

Every time this company calls me I block their number and report them as spam. Not more than two hours later they call me again from a different phone number. They must have hundreds of phone numbers that they keep harassing people on. I’ve blocked over 15 different phone number so far and they can’t seem to get the message that I do not want to talk to them.

My husband & I were intimidated and overwhelmed by all the different options, companies & coverage in the insurance market. Missy took the time to help us dial in to what suited our needs best & was mindful of what we could afford. She simplified the jargon & clarified the coverage details so we could understand them. lol! She was patient & tolerated all our questions. Missy was a pleasure to work with - we are happy to have had her expertise. Thank you Missy!

There are way too many facets to finding the correct coverage and it was getting mind boggling. These companies can promise a lot and then you see the fine print. The industry terminology is another entire hurdle you must overcome. I was so pleased to use Senior Solutions to filter through the coverages, the legaleze and complex arrangements for my healthcare needs. I have the right coverage at the best price. These guys are scum. They use robo callers and hang up on you if you are out of the age range you are looking for. You can not call them back as they spoof local numbers and you end up calling back random people with that phone number. I am sure they are scamming. SCUM OF THE EARTH

The producers and owners at Senior Solutions Insurance really understand this market. They are experts and provide phenomenal customer support to their customers and training to their reps. I highly recommend them.

They didn't try to sell me more than what I wanted and needed. The price they quoted me was in-line with or slightly better than other quotes I had gotten from other companies.
