I'd already got a couple of 6 year SSL certificates with ssl247. We moved offices so the automated CSR renewal process wouldn't work as the address had changed. They turned the renewal with a change of address around for us in a matter of hours.

I have been a customer of SSL247 for several years now and it has been a true pleasure. We get notified as soon as an action from us is required, the purchases are handled and delivered swiftly, and if there is anything we are not capable of doing ourselves, we have always gotten superb guidance and help.

SSL certificates really isn't my cup of tea, so my knowledge was limited to begin with.

Got in contact with Agnes van Rheinberg at SSL247 over the phone, and she gave me a real WOW experience! Had a long conversation in which she gave me lots of knowledge, and afterwards she was really helpful with ordering the certificate we needed, going thru the CSR etc.

But most valuably - hands on helpful and supportive in setting up the CSRs and RSA keys needed to place the order, configuring our environments making sure everything works after we got the crt files.
