Quick and effective

I had a certificate renewal request stuck for over an hour. Contacted SSL2BUY via live chat. Got in touch with Jeremy who provided on-the-spot and effective assistance. Within minutes the request approval email hit my mailbox and once approved, I received the certificate while still notifying Jeremy about the successful approval.

AlphaSSL Wildcard Certificate

I have been using ssl2buy.com for my AlphaSSL Wildcard Certificate option for my website hosted on my Servers. They do a good job at the best price I could find. I had my first technical issue on a Multi-Year Cert and their Online Chat customer Service Rep Andy handled the issue within minutes. I will continue using them for this product.

My experience with SSL2BUY support was Clear and effective support for SSL issuance and reseller program

My experience with SSL2BUY support was efficient and well-structured. The agent (Peter) confirmed that our SSL certificate was successfully issued and provided a clear, step-by-step path to download it from the customer portal (Orders → Manage SSL → Configuration Wizard → Get Certificate), which reduced back-and-forth and saved time.

Additionally, they followed up on our reseller/partner application and confirmed the next actions to complete the reseller profile and select a package using our registered email. On the commercial side, they clarified the deposit model: we selected the initial tier and planned a $500 USD load, and support explicitly confirmed the balance does not expire—this point was key for our planning.

Overall: clear guidance, practical instructions, and helpful confirmations that supported both the technical delivery (certificate issuance) and the commercial process (partner program and deposit terms).

Simple to use, good pricing, excellent support

Been using SSL2BUY for years. Simple ordering of certificates, easy to use portal and amazing support.

Just today had a certificate which couldn't be used with certain client applications (not the fault of SSL2BUY), requested a refund, and Chris sorted it out in 5 minutes on chat, no problem.

Such a refreshing change to having to spend weeks chasing billing teams for simple requests.
