Michael Hill called to remind me about the SSL Certificate expiration. He was very helpful, kind and listened to my frustration regarding the interaction (or lack thereof with Top Producer). He did what he said and then followed-up -- rare these days! He is a professional!

These guys are awesome, they go above and beyond, and really have a way of explaining SSL certification in laymen's terms. I am not a super technical person but of course my small business has to have a website and therefore an SSL cert. I really appreciate how simple Max and Eddie at SSLGuru made everything, instillation of our cert was easy, and at the end of it I felt like I understood SSL certification much better, and most importantly I knew what to expect at renewal. Fair price and exceptional customer support!

SSLGURU preys on customers by contacting them shortly before an SSL expires making the situation sound quite dire (and instilling fear). I purchased an SSL from them which I ended up not needing and which they said they would gladly refund. The refund process however is so slow and full of hoops to jump through (including printing out a form and mailing it in which has the wrong address on it) that I expect few customers get their refunds. I called in many times throughout the process and spoke to a customer service team that sounds very friendly and helpful who assured me everything was in order until the 30 day window of the refund expired at which point everyone became unhelpful. I will never do business with them again and hope this review saves you from an unpleasant experience with a company that has unethical practices.

Very happy with their customer service, my website had gone down over night and Chris was very helpful and was able to get it back up before my office opened.

Terrible service; didn't install SSL in a timely manner, so I went with GoDaddy. Even though I cancelled in the 30 day window, they never gave me a refund.
