I was hesitant to order from this company right out of the gate...even though they had a functioning website, but I didn't heed my "spidy sense" and ordered anyway. Soon after I got my order number and confirmation so far so good. Went back a couple of days later to check order status and the webpage gone, no answer from emails sent etc. They just disappeared basically. Fortunately out less than $100

I ordered a Stetson hat. I was delivered a hat with a Chinese label that was not a Stetson. Their customer service has not responded to my emails. Now I'm stuck with a lame hat and unable to return it, and out 80 bucks. The website is a scam. Beware!

Do not buy from these people, their site is clearly a scam! It took 6 weeks to receive a hat that is not the hat ordered - wrong color, wrong size, does not match any of the details in the product description or photos. It was also defective and really cheaply made. Supposedly this was an Australian made hat, but nowhere on the hat does it say so, and it shipped from China. I've emailed them several times and received zero responses.

I orded a size small hat, what i received was not a size small, it is way too big. They have on phone number and they will not return any of my e-mails. Do not buy from this site!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

SStenger looks to be an authentic American hat manufacturer on their website but it in fact the hats come from China
The hats were sent via air direct from China and when received were poor quality and didn’t look anything like the product pictured on the website
I contacted their customer support via email on three occasions but the only reply I got was to my first email which the customer service team (a Chinese person) just returned my original email and nothing else!
I paid a total of a $135 for two hats, that was after the hats had supposedly been reduced and getting a further 10% off and free shipping at checkout!
Poor quality and hats received and were not true to the pictures on SStengers website
