Disappointed 😞
I love your products and have always treated myself to a 3 wick Winter Thyme candle at Christmas time....it’s a family tradition.
However, I am SO disappointed with this year’s delivery. It’s so much smaller and the same price, feeling somewhat robbed of hours of enjoyment.
Did I miss something in the small print?

Simply the best candle makers ever
Simply the best candle makers and Reed infuser manufacturers in the uk. I would love one day to visit their site but due to Covid it’s been closed to the public.
I was introduced to the Via one of my husbands clients who was burning the candles in her bathrooms. Over the past months we have spent a small fortune on their candles and Reed infusers and every one is worth every penny and now everyone gets their candles as gifts...or them soaps and Hand creams
I used to buy via Amazon but I now buy directly from them as they offer great deals, free delivery of £40, quick and fast delivery too and fantastic customer service.
The fragrances are Amazing, Sea salt is our favourite but ALL ( I do mean ALL) are fabulously scented. They knock Molton Brown and The White company candles out the park, I’ll ever go back.
