They are HORRIBLE!!!!

I received the car covers and they did not fit. I asked to return them and was offered a 25% credit to keep them. Since they were the wrong size I requested a return label and was told it would take a while to create. They then kept offering me more credit. It was up to 80% credit but I still wanted a return label. Then they stopped returning mu emails and never returned any calls. I have car seat covers that do not fit and no way to return them. My next option is to use my lawyer friend and take them to court. He's free and they are thieves!

These seat covers do not fit anyway…

These seat covers do not fit anyway shape or form, when you send pictures to the company they claim that they fit. Once you have opened the package to even try they will not accept a return. I work in a high end car dealership and they couldn’t believe how terrible the product was, they claim they are leather, they are cheap faux leather.

I tried these guys twice before…

I tried these guys twice before reviewing and…… there is nothing good to say. Garbage fit even with their better items. Was told with their waterproof covers that they are custom made for the vehicle and that they will have all cutouts etc for seatbelt etc…. All lies. Don’t use this company it’s just cheap garbage.

Just the people I deal with they accidentally sent me the wrong seat covers. They were concerned about that and took care of my situation right away and added another discount for me when I received the seat covers I love them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CONPANY

These claim they are selling “premium” products are misleading and are all lies.
The products they are selling you can buy on Temu for next to nothing.
Company is a scam I would highly recommend you stay clear of these despicable people.

Cheap fake products

I ordered custom fit genuine leather seat covers for my Tesla Model S and received extremely poor quality universal vinyl seat covers. The company then refused to honor the 14 day money back guarantee by refusing to provide me a return shipping label. I have been battling the charge with paypal and my credit card for months.

Dissatisfied Customer. Bad customer service.

I purchased car seat covers for my Ram Pick Up Truck and they did not fit. I tried to return them but was denied a Return Authorization because I had exceeded the 14 day return policy. I explained to Stabela that I have been in and out of the hospital treating my cancer diagnosis. Stabela did not care and refused to take back the covers. I understand that I exceeded the return window period, but the bottom line is the covers don’t fit even though the Stabela website states the covers would fit my truck. I could understand if I changed my mind and wanted to return them because I didn’t like the color, but that is not the case here. The product doesn’t fit and Stabela should have taken back the covers
because they don’t fit regardless of the return period being exceeded. This is the first and last time I’ll ever buy anything from Stella and I caution future perspective, purchasers of being aware of the lack of consideration of this company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Their product is crap. I thought I was getting “form fitted” seat covers but what I received was a cheap piece of cloth that sits ontop of the seat and another that clips on the back of the seat. When I tried to get a refund they kept asking me for more information. Communicating via email just stretches the process out and they hope you will just get fed up and stop trying
I paid $80 for seat covers when I could have bought two towels that were better quality to cover the seats the way their covers fit

Poor Product and Abysmal Customer Service

Stablela does not concern themselves with customer service. They boast they the make their product with only the best materials and craftsmanship, when in reality, the material came peeled and no where close to fitted as advertised.

The company is a scam

The company is a scam! I ordered front and rear floor mats for my Cadillac xt4 and they arrived in a small shipping envelope that weighed less than a loaf of bread. The quality is absolutely trash. The customer service is almost non existent. After 2 weeks of trying to return them to get a refund I gave up and filed a complaint with consumer affairs and threw them in the trash. Stay away from this company they are a scam operation selling over priced garbage.
