Unannounced 100% price increase

Unannounced 100% price increase. Stablepoint doubled the hosting price without any prior notice and simply sent a new invoice. In 20+ years of working with hosting providers, I’ve never seen such a move. Bad pricing policy, poor communication, and zero respect for customers. I’m moving all my projects away from Stablepoint.

Support is Unmatched

Stablepoint is a clear improvement over Hostinger, offering transparent pricing and the best support I've experienced with any hosting provider.
I run a small WordPress site and I'm still learning the platform, so responsive support matters. Stablepoint's team consistently solves problems I can't figure out myself, making the service especially valuable for non-technical users.
The migration from Hostinger proved challenging. Because I'd used Hostinger's proprietary site builder, and Stablepoint only provides cPanel-to-cPanel migrations, I had to handle most of the transfer independently with minimal assistance. That was the low point of my experience.
Once my site was running, though, support became excellent. One lesson learned: use their live chat feature instead of the ticket system—it's significantly more effective.
Overall, Stablepoint delivers on pricing and support where it counts. The migration limitation is worth noting if you're coming from a proprietary platform, but post-setup performance justifies the switch. Rating: 4/5

"I have 13 users, and I refuse to stay with you because of the restrictions on my account! I have canceled the service in my account several times, but you keep restoring it. You have taken away my ability to create packages through WHM or upgrade my customers' packages. You are not providing the functionality you promised and for which I paid. I have attached a screenshot in support ticket SP-HIE-717-81902. I now firmly request that you cancel the service and refund my money! I submitted my refund request last month, but it was dismissed. I will share this with my community and write a review on Trustpilot."

Best hosting service

I manage several websites and have changed providers many times due to poor support or infrastructure limitations. I found what I was looking for here, and most importantly, the support is ALWAYS there to solve problems. I've been with them for a few years now and I won't change.

Rebound from our mistakes!

I am going with 5 star because todays experiance was great. The issue was actually that my account needed to be verified via a link sent to my email (sitting in spam). I did contact customer service yesterday, and they claimed it was my DNS settings. After waiting 24 hours (after I reset everything on my end), the dns was still not resolving.
I opened a new support session and within 5 minutes, the operator was able to see that it was waiting on me to verify my info.
I found the email and clicked the links and boom, my stuff was back online. So all good.

Mahendra great tech service.

Xerxes transferred me to tech support quickly when he realized what my issue was.
Mahendra from tech support was able to quickly resolve my issue. I had set up a new database for my new domain tracktokeep.com but had an issue with my access to the new database. Mahendra was able to add my database user to my Privileged Users which I did not have set. Thanks Mahendra !
